Delivery & FAQs

Darcy & Flo aim to send your orders out within 5 working days of receipt. However, at busier times it may take a little longer.

If your order is for a special occasion please let us know and we will do our very best to get it to you on time.

To ensure your orders get to you safely orders are sent out by First Class Recorded Delivery with Royal Mail and should reach you within 1-2 days of despatch.

Overseas deliveries are sent by International Signed For by Royal Mail and should take 3-5 days for Europe and 5-7 days for the rest of the world.

Recorded and International Signed For orders will require a signature and we can provide tracking numbers on request.

Delivery to UK, Europe and Worldwide Zones 1 and 2:

UK – FREE Delivery on all orders. Recorded 1st class Signed For. 1-3 day delivery from despatch.
Europe – Delivery charges from £8.80. 3 to 5 day delivery from despatch. Parcels will require a signature on delivery.
WW Zones 1 & 2 - Delivery charges from £10.00. Up to 10 day delivery from despatch. Parcels will require a signature on delivery.

Can I arrange for my order to be delivered to a different address other than my billing address?

Yes, you are able to amend the delivery address during the checkout process.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days*. Orders are sent using Royal Mail. Upon receipt of our Order Confirmation email we recommend you allow 5 working days for delivery. In the unlikely event your order still hasn’t been received after this time please contact info@darcyandflo.com or call us on tel:01403 822873 & we will look into it for you. * Excludes Bespoke Orders which will have a pre arranged estimated delivery date upon order placement.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Bespoke orders vary in the length of time they take to make and this is dependant on a number of different factors. We aim to process Bespoke order between 4 – 8 weeks but you will be given an estimated delivery date when you place your order. Your order confirms your acceptance of this date and as your order is tailor made especially to your specifications cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.

Do you have a shop anywhere in the UK?

Not at the present time. Darcy & Flo is purely an online shop.

Am I able to cancel or amend an order once I’ve placed it?

We really hope you won’t want to cancel your order with us but in the unlikely event that you do, please email us at info@darcyandflo.com. If your order hasn’t yet been dispatched we will be able to cancel it for you. If it has already left you will need to arrange for the item to be returned in line with our Returns Policy below.

How do I return an unwanted item?

We really hope you will be delighted with your Darcy & Flo doll. However if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you can return it to us, unused and in its original packaging in accordance with our 14-day returns policy and we will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase.

If you wish to return an order because you’ve changed your mind unfortunately we are unable to refund the cost incurred for returning the order to us.

We cannot be held responsible for any returned goods lost in transit so we ask that you please obtain proof of postage when returning your order to us.

Refunds can only be issued back to the original method of payment. We will issue all refunds within 3 working days of receipt of the item. As soon as your refund has been issued we will email you to confirm.

I have signed up to your newsletter; will you pass my details on to other companies?

Please be assured we will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.

What payment types can I use to pay for my order?

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to shop with us, therefore we accept all of the following payment types…Paypal, Visa, Visa Electron, Solo, Maestro, MasterCard and Visa Delta. We use PayPal for taking payments however you do not need a PayPal Account to purchase. You can use you credit/debit card on their website, just look for the link on the PayPal payment page.
